The Cobscook Cottage - newly renovated in 2007/ 2008!

Tastefully and comfortably decorated, the Cobscook Cottage has a lovely home away from home feel. 


Accomodating up to 3 adults, you will enjoy easy access to wooded trails, with water access to the cove only 1500 feet away.  Terrific for kayaks and canoes!!


Nestled in the midst of nature, this lovely little cottage is a treasure awaiting your discovery! 

The Cobscook Cottage is available for rent each year from the end of May to beginning of October.

Having been completely and newly renovated in 2007, 2008 is the first rental season for the cabin.

Room 3:  Private bedroom with single bed and small closet

**Bring your own:  sleeping bags, or sheets and blankets, & towels
**Some pillows and blankets are available

Minimum Stay 1 Week Weekly $475

Jun 27, 2009 — July 31, 2010
Minimum Stay 1 Week Weekly $500

Aug 1, 2009 — Sept 4, 2010
Minimum Stay 1 Week Weekly $575

Sep 5, 2009 — Oct 2, 2010
Minimum Stay 1 Week Weekly $475

  • Cleaning & Administration fee: $40.00
  • Not conducive for small children, elderly or infirm adults.
  • Limited to 3 adults
  • Small, Well-Behaved Pets -- Yes, with $100.00 pet fee.
  • Security deposit -- $100.00
  • Deposit to hold your dates -- $175.00
  • Maine State tax -- 7%
  • Cancellations less than **one month in advance will forfeit their deposit
  • References Required
  • Security deposit to be returned after your stay, when Cottage is left in satisfactory condition.
  • One floor access

Payment should be made by postal money order, bank check, or we can arrange credit card payment with an additional processing feel of 3%.  


** In case of real (documented) emergency, you will be able to reschedule at another open date for up to one year.  A $50 rescheduling fee will apply.

Come stay a week, a month, or a season -- The longer you stay, the better your rates! 

Discounts available for multiple week stays:
- 2 week stay 10% off total
- 3 week stay 15% off total
- 4 week stay 20% off total
