Minimum Stay 1 Week Weekly $700

Jun 1, 2009 — Jun 28, 2009
Minimum Stay 1 Week Weekly $800

Jun 29, 2009 — Aug 2, 2009
Minimum Stay 1 Week Weekly $950

Aug 3, 2009 — Sept 6, 2009 (no vacancies)
Minimum Stay 1 Week Weekly $950

Sep 7, 2009 — Sep 27, 2009
Minimum Stay 1 Week Weekly $850

  •  Cleaning & Administration fee: $40.00
  • Terrain, Tides, and Stairs are not conducive for small children, elderly or infirm adults.
  • Limited to 4 adults
  • Small, Well-Behaved Pets -- Yes, with $100.00 pet fee.
  • Security deposit -- $100.00
  • Deposit to hold your dates -- $250.00
  • Maine State tax -- 7%
  • Cancellations less than **one month in advance will forfeit their deposit
  • References Required
  • Security deposit to be returned after your stay, when Cottage is left in satisfactory condition.

** In case of real (documented) emergency, you wil be able to reschedule at another open date for up to one year.  A $50 rescheduling fee will apply.

We cherish our quiet time, please respect our neighbors (human and animal) and keep noise levels down, especially after 9pm.
